I'm a North Idaho native. I've watched this market become one of the most coveted lifestyle destinations in the country — and I've been selling its finest properties since 2011. Before transitioning into real estate I spent years as a PGA golf professional at two of North Idaho's most respected clubs. This market doesn't reward generalists. It rewards people who know which lakefront communities are undervalued, which club memberships are worth the premium, which properties never hit the public market — and which buyers are serious before they ever make an offer. That knowledge isn't something you download. It's built over decades of living here, working here, and caring deeply about getting it right.

Sarah Cline is a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, with deep roots in North Idaho and a career in luxury real estate dating back to 2008. Luxury Real Estate Specialist- She began her career representing buyers and sellers in the high end markets of Western Washington (Mercer Island and West Bellevue) before returning home to serve clients throughout North Idaho’s most sought-after communities. That early foundation shaped her standard for presentation, negotiation, and elevated client experience. Sarah also manages the marketing efforts for Luxury Homes North Idaho. She ensures the strategic positioning and exposure of each property, blending high-touch service with thoughtful media and marketing strategies. Sarah and her husband, Jeremy, reside in the Garden District of downtown Coeur d’Alene, where they are raising their three daughters—Brighton, Camryn, and Ellie.

As our Listing & Transaction Specialist, she manages the intricate details of both buyer- and seller-side transactions, ensuring each step moves forward seamlessly. From guiding sellers through listing documentation to coordinating inspections and final closings, Molly orchestrates the entire process with precision, organization, and calm efficiency. Clients may not always see her behind the scenes, but they feel her steady hand in every smooth transition from contract to close. Molly began her career in the golf industry. She enjoys spending time with her 2 children, Bo & Lola in beautiful North Idaho.
